Connect the dlink adapter to the computer using an Ethernet cable
Open the wireless utility from your computer.
Now select the name and password of the D-Link extensioner network.
Use a browser to open a web browser on your computer. Type the default web address dlinkap.local in the DLink extender.
You can also use an IP address for the extender. http://192.168.0.50
Enter the default login credentials to D-Link extension on the DLink extender login webpage. Click Login>
After you've reached the configuration page, click on the Setup' tab.
Now launch the dlink wi-fi extender setup wizard. Follow the online instructions.
Configure the wireless security settings and the dlink device.
To complete the D-Link extended setup process, click Finish'. Once this is done, reboot your D-link extended.
