The printing errors in QuickBooks may occur due to different reasons like using out-of-date QuickBooks, printer and computer network errors, or some hardware related problem. Also, your QuickBooks won’t print if your printer is set to print offline or error communicating with the computer. You can eliminate the problem by restarting your printer, computer, and a Wi-Fi router. If that doesn’t work then you may use the QuickBooks tool hub which can be downloaded from Intuit’s website. After installing the tool, use the Print and PDF repair tool in the QuickBooks tool hub. Keep following the on-screen instructions to start printing bills and invoices from QuickBooks.
